PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time required for patients getting in/out of a bed, which becomes a problem with the progress of a high-speed imaging technique in a medical image diagnostic apparatus having a scanner, a gantry and the bed.SOLUTION: When a subject is predetermined by an operator in the medical image diagnostic apparatus, a CPU 41 finds the height of a top board 31 that the subject can easily get in the bed 3 according to a predetermined calculation formula based on body information or examination reception information of the subject provided from a hospital information system 5, and transmits the found data to a bed control device 32 the bed control device 32 receiving the height data of the top board outputs a command to adjust the height of the top board 31 to a top board vertical movement control device 33, and the top board vertical movement control device 33 receiving the command changes the height of the top board 31 to a command value.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】 スキャナやガントリーと寝台とを備えた医用画像診断装置において、高速撮影技術の進展に伴って課題となった寝台への患者の乗り降り等に要する時間を短縮する。【解決手段】 医用画像診断装置において操作者によって被検者が特定されると、CPU41は病院情報システム5から提供された当該被検者の身体情報又は検査受付情報に基づいて所定の計算式に則って、被検者が寝台3へ乗りやすい天板31の高さを計算によって求め、その求められたデータを寝台制御装置32へ送り、天板の高さデータを受け取った寝台制御装置32は天板上下動制御装置33に天板31の高さを調整する指令を出力し、指令を受け取った天板上下動制御装置33は天板31の高さを指令値に変更する。【選択図】 図3
