(Solution) A hollow-fiber membrane blood purification device provided with a hollow-fiber membrane containing a polysulfone-based resin, a polyvinyl pyrrolidone, a fat-soluble vitamin and a polymer having an ester group, in which an abundance of the fat-soluble vitamin on all surfaces of the hollow-fiber membrane is 2 mg or more and 18 mg or less based on 1 g of the hollow-fiber membrane, when the hollow-fiber membrane is extracted with ethanol, an extract is dried and subjected to measurement of an infrared absorption spectrum (IR), a ratio of absorbance (Abs(A)) of peak A in a vicinity of 1720 to 1730 cm -1 to absorbance (Abs(B)) of peak B in a vicinity of 1660 to 1670 cm -1 , (Abs(A)/Abs(B)), is 0.01 or more and 0.3 or less, and a moisture content of the hollow-fiber membrane is 0 mass% or more and 600 mass% or less.
