COMPOSITION FOR TREATING LIVER DISEASES COMPRISING A HSP90 INHIBITOR AND METHOD FOR SCREENING AN AGENT FOR TREATING LIVER DISEASES THROUGH INHIBITION OF HSP90 AND CORE PROTEIN INTERACTION
PURPOSE: A therapeutic agent containing Hsp90 inhibitors for treating liver diseases is provided to effectively treat liver diseases. CONSTITUTION: A composition for treating liver diseases caused by a hepatitis virus infection containing a Hsp90 inhibitor as an active ingredient. The Hsp90 inhibitor contains low molecular compounds, antibodies, antisense oligonucleotide, siRNA, shRNA, miRNA, and polypeptides. A method for screening materials for treating liver diseases comprises: a step of providing Hsp90 and HBV core proteins； a step of contacting a test material with proteins； and a step of detecting interaction between Hsp90 and HBV core proteins.본원은 Hsp90 억제제를 포함하는 간질환 치료제 및 Hsp90과 코어 단백질 간의 상호작용 억제를 통한 간질환 치료제 스크리닝 방법을 제공한다. 본원의 치료제는 특히 B형 간염 바이러스 감염에 의해 야기될 수 있는 간질환의 치료에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다.
