The present invention provides an eye makeup composition in the form of a liquid oil dispersion comprising a volatile oil； a hard type film former； and a soft type film former. The eye makeup composition of the present invention forms a hard but flexible film film, so that it can be applied lightly, has excellent durability, is quickly dried, and has less powder falling off, so that it is remarkably improved as compared with the prior art.
