The present invention relates to a fixing strap for a float and a binding device for a net rope, and specifically, to a new concept technique to widen a gap between strands of a net rope, so as to quickly and conveniently bind, to the net rope, a fixing strap for installing a float. Conventionally, not only a work to manually widen a gap between tightly twisted strands of a net rope by using an awl is very difficult, but the difficulty widened gap is restored to an original state without keeping a widened state when the awl is pulled out. Thus, a problem consuming a lot of time and manpower to bind a fixing strap is caused. To solve such a problem, the present invention provides a technique which passes an automatically operated piercer between twisted strands in a state of supporting a net rope to a rope supporter to widen a gap between the strands and binds a fixing strap to the widened gap between the strands.본 발명은 부구용 고정끈과 그물용 로프의 결속장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 그물용 로프의 스트랜드(strand) 상호 간의 사이를 벌려주어 부구를 설치하기 위한 고정끈을 그물용 로프에 신속 간편하게 결속하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다.종래에는 그물용 로프의 단단히 꼬아진 스트랜드를 송곳을 이용하여 수작업으로 벌리는 작업이 매우 어려울 뿐만 아니라 송곳을 빼낼 경우 힘들게 벌린 틈새가 그대로 유지되지 못하고 원상태로 복원됨으로써 고정끈을 결속하는데 많은 시간과 노동력이 소요되는 문제점이 야기된다.본 발명은 상기한 문제점을 일소하기 위한 방안으로 로프 지지대에 그물용 로프를 지지한 상태에서 자동으로 작동하는 피어셔를 꼬여진 스트랜드 상호 간의 사이를 통과시켜 스트랜드를 벌린 후 스트랜드의 벌어진 틈새에 고정끈을 결속할 수 있도록 하는 기술을 강구함을 특징으로 한다.
