PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter whose seedling planting element of the seedling planting device does not stop at places other than the regular position.SOLUTION: A seedling planting part 7 is so formed that, when a working vehicle 1 retreats, a seedling planting device 14 is stopped and a seedling planting part 7 is automatically raised, when re-advancing, the seedling planting part 7 is raised as it is and when the advancing speed reaches at a certain speed, a seedling planting element 11 of the seedling planting device 14 is returned and stopped to be in a state capable of planting seedlings, that is, a phase of the starting position.
