The present invention relates to a method for purifying ethyl ester combined with palmitoleic acid and a weaning pig pig feed composition containing the same, which is mixed with various fatty acids when the ethyl ester combined with palmitoleic acid is purified by the method of the present invention. The commercially available ethyl ester combined with palmitoleic acid can be obtained in high purity, and thus the weaned pig feed composition containing ethyl ester combined with palmitoleic acid thus obtained has an effect of increasing productivity of weaned piglets.본 발명은 팔미톨레산(palmitoleic acid)이 결합한 에틸에스테르의 정제방법 및 이를 함유하는 이유자돈 사료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 방법으로 팔미톨레산이 결합한 에틸에스테르를 정제할 시, 기존에 각종 지방산과 혼합되어 시판되던 팔미톨레산이 결합한 에틸에스테를 고순도로 수득할 수 있으며, 이렇게 수득한 팔미톨레산이 결합한 에틸에스테르를 함유하는 이유자돈 사료 조성물은, 이유자돈의 생산성을 증대시키는 효과를 발휘한다.
