The present invention relates to a teeth whitening composition comprising 0.1 wt.% to 6 wt.% hydrogen peroxide, based on the total weight of the composition, and a nanohydroxy apatite having an average diameter of 0.1 to 20 nm. The present invention further relates to a teeth whitening kit comprising two separated components, wherein the first component comprises 0.1 wt.% to 6 wt.% hydrogen peroxide, based on the total weight of the first component,and the second component comprises a nanohydroxy apatite having an average diameter of 0.1 to 20 nm.
