PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic device for examining an eye to be examined which can print a completely illuminated image that is easily observed.SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic device includes an image pick-up optical system having an examining means for examining the eye to be examined and an image pick-up element having an image pick-up surface arranged at a position substantially conjugate with a front eye part of the eye to be examined to project light to the eyeground of the eye to be examined and pick up the completely illuminated image illuminated by reflected light of the eyeground, a storing means for storing a picked-up image picked up by the image pick-up optical system, an image processing means for extracting an image of a prescribed range including the completely illuminated image from the picked-up image stored in the storing means and an output means for outputting the image extracted by the image processing means.
