PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a stoop simultaneously with performance of squat exercise aid.SOLUTION: A corrective exercise aid includes: a dolly part 4 for which wheels such as a plurality of casters 3 is installed on the lower face of a basal plate 2 and a corrective member 5A which is installed on the basal plate 2 and which is used for correcting a spine or the like. The corrective member 5A is structured such that a recess 6 for housing a spine is formed in the center part of the width of the upper face and one or more projected arcuate parts are formed in the entirety of the upper face or a part of the upper face.
