PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a tablet containing ibuprofen and other active ingredients in which sticking or attachment of pharmaceutical composition to a turntable can be prevented, and an easily ingesting ibuprofen-containing tablet obtained by the method.SOLUTION: There are provided a manufacturing method of an ibuprofen-containing tablet in which a granule (A) containing a component (a1) ibuprofen, a component (a2) 1 to 8 mass% of polyvinyl alcohol copolymer, and a component (a3) 5 to 15 mass% of hydroxypropylcellulose of low substitution, and a granule (B) containing a component (b1) at least one active ingredient selected from the group consisting of allylisopropylacetylurea and anhydrous caffeine, a component (b2) 0.5 to 2.5 mass% of polyvinyl alcohol copolymer, and a component (b3) 8 to 11 mass% of hydroxypropylcellulose of low substitution are individually granulated, and then, the granule (A) and the granule (B) which were obtained are mixed, and molded under compression, and an ibuprofen-containing tablet obtained by the method.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】イブプロフェンとその他の有効成分を含有する錠剤の製造において、スティッキングやターンテーブルへの薬剤組成物の付着を防止することができる製造方法を見出し、この方法により得られる服用しやすいイブプロフェン含有錠剤を提供すること。【解決手段】成分(a1)イブプロフェン、成分(a2)1~8質量%のポリビニルアルコール共重合体および成分(a3)5~15質量%の低置換度ヒドロキシプロピルセルロースを含有する顆粒(A)と、成分(b1)アリルイソプロピルアセチル尿素および無水カフェインよりなる群から選ばれる一種以上の有効成分、成分(b2)0.5~2.5質量%のポリビニルアルコール共重合体および成分(b3)8~11質量%の低置換度ヒドロキシプロピルセルロースを含有する顆粒(B)とをそれぞれ別個に造粒し、次いで得られた顆粒(A)と顆粒(B)を混合し、圧縮成型するイブプロフェン含有錠剤の製造方法並びに当該方法により得られるイブプロフェン含有錠剤。【選択図】なし
