PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a plurality of parts by one operation with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: An arm device includes a base 3 supported by a supporting rod 4, an arm 2 supported by the base 3, and a ball joint-type holding device 1 disposed on a tip of the arm 2. The ball joint-type holding device 1 is provided with an insertion hole 6 for inserting a rod-shaped medical instrument 7, and includes a ball 5 divided at a division line 9 passing through openings 6a, 6b at both ends of the insertion hole 6, and a frame member 8 provided with a through hole 15 to dispose the ball 5 inside of the through hole 15. By bringing a rod member 17 capable of coming in and out in an inner direction of the through hole 15 from a radial direction of the through hole 15, into contact with the ball 5, the ball 5 is fixed, and a medical instrument 7 body inserted to the insertion hole 6 is fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡易な構成で、一の操作により複数の箇所を固定できるようにする。【解決手段】アーム装置は、支持棒4によって支持されるベース3と、ベース3によって支持されるアーム2と、アーム2の先端に設けられるボールジョイント型の保持装置1とを備える。ボールジョイント型の保持装置1は、棒状の医療用器具7を挿通するための挿通孔6が形成され、挿通孔6の両端の開口6a、6bを通る分割線9で分割されたボール5と、貫通孔15が形成され、貫通孔15の内側にボール5が配置される枠部材8とを備える。貫通孔15の一径方向から貫通孔15の内方向に出入可能としたロッド部材17をボール5に当接させることにより、ボール5を固定し、かつ、挿通孔6を挿通する医療用器具7体を固定する。【選択図】図1
