The present invention relates to a wheelchair carrying device with improved riding comfort and stability. According to the present invention, the wheelchair carrying device comprises: a lower carrying unit including a rail member, and a lower support member vertically installed on the lower surface of the rail member to be mutually perpendicular to the rail member； an upper carrying unit including a first vertical member to vertically couple one end to one end of the rail member by a right angle, a lateral member having a rod member shape to couple one side to the other end of the first vertical member, and a vertical member to couple one end to both ends of the lateral member； a rotational member hinge-coupling one end to the lower surface of the vertical member to be rotated by an external load； an elastic body to couple one end to the lower surface of the vertical member by being spaced apart from the rotational member at a predetermined interval and to couple the other end to the outside of the other end of the rotational member； and a wheel coupled to the other end of the rotational member.본원발명은 휠체어 운반장치(10)에 관한 것으로 상세하게는 휠체어를 운반시키는 장치에 있어서, 단면이 'ㄷ'자 형상의 막대부재로 이루어진 레일부재와 2개가 일정간격으로 설치된 상기 레일부재의 하면에 상기 레일부재와 서로 수직되게 설치되는 하부지지부재로 이루어진 운반하부와, 일단이 상기 레일부재의 일단에 직각되게 결합되는 제1수직부재와, 막대부재 형상으로 일측에 상기 제1수직부재의 타단이 결합되는 횡부재와 일단이 상기 횡부재의 양단 각각에 결합되는 종부재로 이루어진 운반상부와, 상기 종부재의 하면에 2개가 일정간격을 두고 설치되는 것으로 일단이 상기 종부재의 하면에 힌지 결합되어 외부의 하중에 의해서 회전되는 회전부재와, 일단이 상기 회전부재와 일정간격 이격되어 상기 종부재의 하면에 결합되고, 타단이 상기 회전부재의 타단 외측에 결합되는 탄성체 및, 상기 회전부재의 타단에 결합되는 바퀴로 구성되되, 휠체어가 상기 레일부재에 안착되어 운반되되, 운반 중 장애물이 발생되는 경우 상기 장애물에 의해서 상기 회전부재가 일단을 중심을 회전되면서 상기 탄성체를 압축하여 장애물에 의한 충격을 흡수하는 것을 특징으로 한다.또한, 본원발명은 휠체어 운반장치를 이용한 운반방법에 관한 것으로 상세하게는 휠체어를 운반하는 방법에 있어서, (a)단면이 'ㄷ'자 형상의 막대부재로 이루어진 레일부재와 2개가 일정간격으로 설치된 상기 레일부재의 하면에 상기 레일부재와 서로 수직되게 설치되는 하부지지부재 및 일단이 상기 레일부재의 타단에 회전될 수 있도록 결합되는 경사부재로 이루어진 운반하부와, 일단이 상기 레일부재의 일단에 직각되게 결합되는 제1수직부재와, 막대부재 형상으로 일측에 상기 제1수직부재의 타단이 결합되는 횡부재와 일단이 상기 횡부재의 양단 각각에 결합되는 종부재로 이루어진 운반
