The present invention relates to a multifunctional water floating body which comprises: an anti-skid plate whereby an anti-skid means is provided on an upper surface； a buoyant pipe positioned on a lower side of the anti-skid plate, and receiving buoyant force to prevent the anti-skid plate from being sunk underwater； a plurality of anti-sway supports fastened to a lower portion of the anti-skid plate to support the anti-skid plate, and connected to the buoyant pipe to fixate and support the buoyant pipe； and a plurality of sinkers fastened to a lower side of each of the anti-sway supports and sunk underwater, wherein each of the anti-sway supports are fastened to the neighboring anti-sway supports to make the buoyant pipes be fixated to each other, the upper surface of the sinkers includes a concave surface to provide a space whereby fishes and water plants can live, thereby contributing to the developments of an aquatic ecosystem, being eco-friendly, enhancing the effectiveness of child education because children can view the fishes or water grasses surviving in the wild, and enabling aquatic organisms and human beings to coexist in a more pleasant environment.본 발명은 다기능 수상부유체에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면 상측 표면에 미끄럼방지수단이 마련된 미끄럼방지판； 상기 미끄럼방지판의 하측에 위치하며, 미끄럼방지판이 물에 잠기지 않도록 부력을 받는 부력관； 상기 미끄럼방지판의 하부에 체결되어 미끄럼방지판을 지지하며, 상기 부력관과 결합하여 상기 부력관을 고정하며 지지하는 복수개의 흔들림방지지지대； 및 다수의 상기 흔들림방지지지대 각각의 하측에 각각 체결되며, 수면아래에 잠기는 복수개의 싱커(sinker)； 를 포함하되, 다수의 상기 부력관이 서로에 대해 고정되도록 다수의 상기 흔들림방지지지대 각각은 이웃하는 흔들림방지지지대와 체결되고, 상기 싱커의 상면은, 어류(魚類) 또는 수초류(水草類)가 서식할 수 있는 공간을 제공하기 위하여 오목한 형상으로 된 것을 포함하기 때문에 수초 또는 어류 등이 서식할 수 있는 공간을 제공함으로써 수중생태계환경조성에 기여하고, 친환경적이며, 야생으로 생존하는 어류 또는 수초류를 가까이에서 볼 수 있으므로 아이들의 교육효과를 증진시키며, 수생생물과 인간이 좀 더 쾌적한 환경에서 공존할 수 있는 친환경적 기술이 개시된다.
