CONSTITUTION: A high frequency hyperthermia device comprises； a bolus(211) which stores cooling and includes the first electrode(210) and the second electrode(220), a part of electrode(200) for delivering a high frequency to a diseased area which is put between the bolus and the second electrode, a part(100) for generating and delivering the high frequency to the part of electrode, a thermoelectric element(213) controlling the temperatures of the first electrode, a part(214), which is in the bolus, for detecting the temperatures of the first electrode and a part(400) for controlling electricity delivered to the thermoelectric element.본 발명은 고주파 온열 치료장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명의 일 실시예는, 제1 전극과 제2 전극을 포함하되, 상기 제1 전극의 하부에는 냉각수를 포함하는 볼러스를 구비하고, 상기 볼러스와 제2 전극 사이에 환부를 배치하여 상기 환부에 고주파 전류를 인가하기 위한 전극부； 외부 전원에 의하여 고주파 전류를 발생시켜 상기 전극부로 공급하는 고주파 발생부； 상기 제1 전극의 제1 면에 설치되어, 상기 제1 전극의 온도를 조절하는 열전소자부； 상기 볼러스 내부이고, 또한 상기 제1 전극의 제1 면에 대한 반대면인 제2 면에 설치되어 상기 제1 전극의 온도를 감지하는 온도감지부； 및 상기 전극부에 공급되는 고주파 전류와, 상기 온도감지부에 의하여 감지된 온도에 따라 상기 열전소자부에 공급되는 전원을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고, 상기 제어부는 상기 온도감지부에 의하여 감지된 온도가 45도 이상일 경우, 상기 전극부 및 상기 열전소자부의 동작을 정지시키는 고주파 온열 치료장치를 개시한다.
