The electric treatment apparatus includes: an output unit 10F1 for outputting the electricity 11 to the human body 12； a measurement unit 10F5 for performing measurement to acquire a measured value indicating an electric characteristic of the target 13； a storage unit 10F4 for storing a reference value indicating a value serving as a reference of the electric characteristic； a comparison unit 10F3 for comparing the measured value with the reference value； and an adjustment unit 10F2 that on the basis of a result of the comparison by the comparison unit 10F3, changes a parameter for the electricity 11 to perform adjustment so that the measured value is closer to the reference value.
