A fiber wound dressing having an antibacterial effect and a preparation method therefor. The dressing is a fabric made of fibers having a surface coated with a polyhexamethylene biguanidine solvent or a polyhexamethylene biguanidine solution as an antibacterial agent, wherein the concentration of polyhexamethylene biguanidine coated in the dressing is 400-4000ppm. The fiber wound dressing contains high-concentration polyhexamethylene biguanidine having a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, is applicable to treatment of a chronic wound, and can be used for consecutive 7 days or longer. The wound dressing has no silver resistance and toxic side effect, and can effectively prevent the infection caused by various bacteria and microorganisms to a wound.La présente invention concerne un pansement en fibres possédant un effet antibactérien et son procédé de préparation. Le pansement est un tissu réalisé en fibres ayant une surface revêtue dun solvant de polyhexaméthylène-biguanidine ou dune solution de polyhexaméthylène-biguanidine comme agent antibactérien, la concentration de revêtement polyhexaméthylène-biguanidine dans le pansement étant comprise entre 400 et 4000 ppm. Le pansement en fibres contenant une concentration élevée de polyhexaméthylène-biguanidine ayant un effet antibactérien à large spectre, est applicable au traitement dune plaie chronique, et peut être utilisé pendant au moins sept jours consécutifs. Le pansement ne présente aucune résistance à largent et na pas deffet secondaire toxique, et peut assurer une prévention efficace de linfection entraînée par diverses bactéries et divers micro-organismes dans une plaie.
