PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic nano particle-containing silicone coating film, capable of enhancing mechanical properties of a resin surface, while keeping a property as a bulk of a resin base material, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to: the inorganic nano particle-containing silicone coating film filled, and uniformly dispersed/contained with an inorganic nano particle in a silicone matrix a method of manufacturing the inorganic nano particle-containing silicone coating film prepared by adding the inorganic nano particle into a silicone, conducting heat treatment, adding a Pt catalyst (Karstedt catalyst) thereafter, reacting a sample spin-casted with a solution therein onto the resin surface, with a vapor of an organic silane terminated with a reactive functional group, conducting further heat treatment, and promoting crosslinking and a product thereof. The present invention further relates to: a novel surface modification technique capable of imparting mechanical properties, durability and the like, to the resin base material surface, by coating the inorganic nano particle-containing silicone coating film, at a heat resistance temperature or less of the base resin material and the product thereof.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】樹脂基材のバルクとしての特性を維持したまま、樹脂表面の機械的特性を向上させることを可能にする無機ナノ粒子含有シリコーン皮膜とその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】シリコーンマトリックス中に無機ナノ粒子が充填されて均一に分散/含有されている無機ナノ粒子含有シリコーン皮膜、並びに無機ナノ粒子をシリコーン中に添加し、熱処理を行った後、Pt触媒(Karstedt触媒)を添加し、当該溶液を樹脂基材表面にスピンキャストした試料を反応性官能基で終端された有機シラン分子の蒸気と反応させた後、更に加熱処理し、架橋を促進させることからなる無機ナノ粒子含有シリコーン皮膜の製造方法、及び、その製品。【効果】樹脂基材の耐熱温度以下で、無機ナノ粒子含有シリコーン皮膜をコーティングすることにより、樹脂基材表面に、機械的特性、耐久性等を付与することが可能な新しい表面改質技術及びその製品を提供することができる。【選択図】図1
