The present invention relates to a composition comprising: extract of flowers, leaves, roots and/or seeds of Nelumbo nucifera； Saccharomyces, preferably selected from S. cerevisiae and S. boulardii； Bacillus coagulans； mineral salts； group B and C vitamins； optionally garlic, optionally taurine. The use of said composition in the prevention and/or treatment of the dysmetabolic syndrome is also claimed.
