PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine which can harvest grains efficiently by automatically controlling functions of the combine, such as a reaping speed and a sorting mechanism of a threshing device, into an optimum state by measuring an amount of reaped grain culms by using a grain culm sensor having served conventionally as threshing depth adjustment means.SOLUTION: In the combine, an ear tip of grain culms reaped by a reaping device 6 and supplied to a threshing device 4 is detected by grain culm ear tip sensors 32a, 32b and supplied with the ear tip position of the grain culm adjusted within a predetermined supply range of a threshing device 4. The grain culm ear tip sensors 32a, 32b detect presence of the grain culms and measure a thickness of the supplied grain culms and the threshing device 4 is controlled based on the measured thickness of supplied grain culms.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明では、従来の扱深さ調節手段の穀稈センサを利用して刈取穀稈の量を計測して刈取速度や脱穀装置の選別機構等のコンバインの機能を自動的に最適状態に制御することで、効率的な穀粒の収穫が行えるコンバインを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】刈取装置(6)で刈り取って脱穀装置(4)に供給する穀稈の穂先を穀稈穂先センサ(32a,32b)で検出して穀稈の穂先位置を前記脱穀装置(4)の所定供給範囲内に調整して供給するコンバインにおいて、前記穀稈穂先センサ(32a,32b)で穀稈の存在を検知すると共に供給穀稈の厚みを計測し、この計測した供給穀稈厚みに基づいて前記脱穀装置(4)を制御することを特徴とするコンバインとする。【選択図】図6
