PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article including a gel-like composition, which has less tackiness while having moderate hardness, expansion, and extended-release of an active ingredient, on a surface.SOLUTION: An absorbent article in this invention includes a gel-like composition on a skin surface side of a top sheet. The gel-like composition includes a styrene thermoplastic elastomer (A1) which has a weight average molecular weight of 100,000 or more and less than 180,000 and comprises a block copolymer of a triblock or higher and a styrene thermoplastic elastomer (A2) which has a weight average molecular weight of 180,000 or more and 300,000 or less and comprises a block copolymer of a triblock or higher at a mass ratio represented as (A1)/(A2)=95/5 to 50/50, and includes a hydrocarbon oil (B) of 500 to 4800 pts.mass with kinetic viscosity of 5 to 50 mm/s at 37.8°C and a silicone oil (C) of 20 to 60 pts.mass with kinetic viscosity of 50 to 200 mm/s at 25°C relative to a styrene thermoplastic elastomer mixture (A) of 100 pts.mass with a degree of dispersion (Mw/Mn) of 1.25 to 1.60.【課題】本発明は、適度な硬さ、伸び及び有効成分の徐放性を有しつつ、タック性の少ないゲル状組成物を表面に含む吸収性物品を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の吸収性物品は、トップシートの肌面側の表面にゲル状組成物を含み、該ゲル状組成物は、重量平均分子量が１０万以上１８万未満であり、且つトリブロック以上のブロック共重合体からなるスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー（Ａ１）と、重量平均分子量が１８万以上３０万以下であり、且つトリブロック以上のブロック共重合体からなるスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー（Ａ２）とを、（Ａ１）／（Ａ２）＝９５／５～５０／５０の質量比で含み、且つ分子量の分散度（Ｍｗ／Ｍｎ）が１．２５～１．６０である、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー混合物（Ａ）１００質量部に対し、３７．８℃における動粘度が５～５０ｍｍ2/ｓである炭化水素油（Ｂ）を５００～４８００質量部と、２５℃における動粘度が５０～２００ｍｍ2/ｓであるシリコーンオイル（Ｃ）を２０～６０質量部とを含有する。【選択図】図１
