PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fundus photographing apparatus capable of respectively drawing the various regions of the fundud oculi in proper exposure.SOLUTION: The fundus photographing apparatus includes an illumination optical system 100, a photographing optical system 120, a control part 210 and an HDR processing part 241. The illumination optical system 100 irradiates the fundus Ef of an eye E to be examined with photographing illumination light and the photographing optical system 120 contains a photographing element 9a and guides the fundus reflected light of the photographing illumination light to the photographing element 9a. The control part 210 controls the illumination optical system 100 and the photographing optical system 120 to perform the photographing of the fundus Ef, a plurality of times while altering exposure.
