The composition of claim 1, wherein the fluoroquinolone comprises ciprofloxacin. ! 3. The composition according to claim 1, in which the fluoroquinolone is in crystalline form. ! 4. The composition according to claim 1, in which fluoroquinolone comprises ciprofloxacin betaine 3,5-hydrate. ! 5. The composition according to claim 1, where the composition provides, when using a passive-type inhaler for dry powder, an emitted dose of at least about 50%,! 6. The composition according to claim 1, located in the tank for a standard dose, where the mass of the composition in the tank for a standard dose is sufficient to introduce into the lungs a dose of at least about 10 mg. ! 7. The composition according to claim 6, where the composition is in the tank for a standard dose, contains ciprofloxacin betaine in an amount of at least about 16 mg. ! 8. The composition according to claim 1, in which the excipient contains a phospholipid, a metal ion, or both of these substances. ! 9. The standard dose of the drug for intrapulmonary administration, where the standard dose of the drug includes:! a reservoir containing a composition in powder form, where the composition contains fluoroquinolone betaine. ! 10. The standard dose of the drug according to claim 9, where the reservoir contains a therapeutic dose of a composition1.
