The portable charging device includes: a main body having a first seat part electrically connected to a battery of an electronic cigarette, and a second seat part electrically connected to a smoke generating part of the electronic cigarette； a cap detachably attached to the main body and covering an inhaling bit of the smoke generating part, and sterilizing the inhaling bit； and an operation unit electrically connected to the first seat part, the second seat part, and the cap, and controlling the charging of the battery, the operation of the smoke generating part, and the sterilization of the electronic cigarette. Thus, the portable charging device can easily generate smoke while charging the battery of the electronic cigarette and can sterilize the electronic cigarette during a process of charging the battery of electronic cigarette.
