The present invention relates to an ultrathin superabsorbent infant diaper including an infant diaper, which is able to rapidly absorb urine, effectively prevents the problem of leakage of urine under a premise of ensuring excellent permeability, and has a greatly reduced thickness. A trouser leg part of the infant diaper includes a surface layer, an SAF superabsorbent fibrous nonwoven fabric, and an SMS anti-physiological saline nonwoven fabric layer, wherein the SAF superabsorbent fibrous nonwoven fabric is provided between the surface layer and the SMS anti-physiological saline nonevent fabric. The SMS anti-physiological saline nonwoven fabric is provided on the back surface of a permeable liquid storage core layer to block water. Leakage is effectively prevented such that water blocking, blood blocking, and permeability coexist. Under the above premise, the thickness of the infant diaper product is greatly reduced. The SAF superabsorbent fibrous nonwoven fabric not only significantly reduces the thickness of a sanitary napkin as an absorbent layer of the sanitary napkin but also enhances the absorption of urine for the infant diaper to make the infant feel comfortable and satisfy a user′s demand.본 발명은 오줌액을 신속히 흡수할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 우수한 투기상태를 확보한 전제하에서 오줌액이 침출되어 나오는 문제를 효과적으로 방지함과 동시에, 영아 기저귀의 두께를 크게 감소시킨 영아 기저귀를 포함하는 초박 초강의 흡액 영아 기저귀에 관한 것이다. 상기 영아 기저귀의 바짓가랭이 부분은 표층, SAF 고흡수성 섬유 부직포와 SMS 항생리식염수 부직포층으로 구성되고, 표층과 SMS 항생리식염수 부직포 사이에는 SAF 고흡수성 섬유 부직포가 설치되어 있다. 본 발명의 장점은 SMS 항생리식염수 부직포가 투기 액체저장 코어층의 배면에 설치되어 물을 저애하는 목적을 달성하였을 뿐만 아니라 누출을 효과적으로 방지하였기에 물 저지, 피 저지 및 투기가 공존하는 목적을 실현하였는 바, 이 전제하에서 영아 기저귀 제품의 두께를 크게 감소시켰으며, SAF 고흡수성 섬유 부직포는 생리대 흡액층으로서 생리대의 두께를 크게 감소시켰을 뿐만 아니라 영아 기저귀의 오줌액에 대한 흡수량을 제고시켰으며, 영아가 더욱 큰 쾌적감을 느끼도록 하였고 사용자의 수요를 만족시켰다.
