The invention relates to an implant set for introducing into the lamina (93) of a vertebra (9) comprising a plurality of reinforcing implants (1) each one having a base body (2) with bearing surfaces (22 23) for placing on the vertebra (9) and a securing device (7). According to the invention the base body has a front surface (20) a rear surface (21) and lateral and medial side surfaces (22 23) the medial side surface (23) being staggered towards the rear in relation to the lateral side surface (22) and the side surfaces (22 23) being designed to rest on cut sections (94 95) of the lamina (93). A rearwardly protruding arm (4) comprising a lateral bearing surface (43) for placing on a spinal projection (92) of the vertebra (9) is arranged on the rear surface (21). In this way the resection opening can be closed easily and safely.
