A new and distinct Phalaenopsis plant named ‘；Felicity’； particularly characterized by flowers which are white with a yellow/green haze； plants which may be propagated economically and uniformly using tissue culture； plants which produce more than one inflorescence； long and sturdy inflorescences； and relatively short, dark-green foliage.
