FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to genetics and reproductive biology of plants. Invention represents method of obtaining recovering agents of male fertility of sorghum, carrying genes-recovering fertility agents (Rf) for sterile cytoplasms of types M35-1A and 9E, including pollination of CMS-lines with pollen of Rf genes donors, isolation of fertile forms in offspring of hybrid, carrying Rf genes, estimation of their recovering ability in test-crosses with CMS-lines, where isolation of fertile forms and estimation of their recovering ability in test-crosses with CMS-lines is carried out by setting artificial stable selective backgrounds ("drought model"), used for isolation of fertile forms and estimation of their recovering ability in test-crosses with CMS-lines, and "wet model", set for comparative estimation of isolated fertile forms, with selective backgrounds being set in the period of formation of generative form in plants-donors of Rf genes, hybrids F1, their self-pollinated offspring and test-crosses during a number of vegetation, sufficient for achievement of practically applicable recovering ability of male fertility reducing agent in test-cross.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to select forms (plants) carrying genes-recovering agents of male fertility for CMS-inducing cytoplasms of sorghum of types M35, 9E, genetically close to each other.1 dwg, 6 tbl, 2 exИзобретение относится к генетике и репродуктивной биологии растений.
