The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a plurality of guide roller units installed at regular forward and backward intervals at one side of the outside of a vinyl greenhouse, wherein each of the guide roller units has a horseshoe-shaped unit housing which has an open top part and an open center part, and contains a plurality of rollers installed on an inner circumferential surface of the unit housing, and a bottom part of the unit housing is fixed and installed on the ground； a shading net winding pole which is installed by forwardly and backwardly penetrating an inner side of the guide roller units, and has one side driving motor connected to the front or rear end thereof to be forwardly and backwardly rotated； a plurality of bearing brackets installed at regular forward and backward intervals at the other side of the outside of the vinyl greenhouse, wherein each of the bearing brackets has a bearing installed at an inner center part thereof while being in a vertically standing state, and a bottom part thereof is fixed and installed on the ground； a plurality of wire winding poles which forwardly and backwardly penetrate and interpose an inner part of the bearing brackets, and have the other side driving motor connected to the front or rear end thereof to be forwardly and backwardly rotated； and a shading net which has one side wound by being connected to the shading net winding pole, has the other side end protruding to outside through the open top part of the guide roller units, and is connected to a plurality of towing wires at regular forward and backward intervals, wherein the towing wires are connected and installed to be wound on the wire winding poles by crossing an outer circumferential surface of the vinyl greenhouse, and the shading net is covered over or uncovered from an outer circumferential surface of the vinyl greenhouse in accordance wi
