PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radiation imaging system having a wireless communication means which unerringly performs X-ray cooperation and performs no wasteful X-ray radiation to a subject even if wireless communication fails.
SOLUTION: When not only receiving a control signal for the start of irradiation from a radiation generator by a wireless communication but also sensing the start of irradiation with radiation by an irradiation sensing means, the radiation imaging system shifts the detection element of a radiation image detection section from an electrical charge sweeping condition to an electrical charge accumulation condition.
