The polymeric compounds are polylactide-co-glycolide(PLGA).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 아나스트로졸 함유 고분자 미립구를 유효성분으로 포함하는 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 고분자 화합물, 아나스트로졸 및 수불용성 유기용매를 혼합하여 분산상을 만드는 단계, 분산상을 분산용매에 혼합하여 유제를 제조하는 단계, 유제에 염기 또는 산을 첨가하여 유제에서 수불용성 유기용매를 제거하는 단계 및 수불용성 유기용매가 제거된 고분자 미립구를 수득하여 가온된 분산용매에 재분산하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조된 아나스트로졸 함유 고분자 미립구를 포함하는 암 치료 또는 예방용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 기존의 용매증발 또는 용매추출 공정을 거치지 아니하며 제조시 적은 양의 물을 사용하여 폐수발생이 최소화 되며 고분자 미립구 내의 잔류용매의 농도가 낮다. 또한 아니스트로졸의 체내 방출 속도를 조절할 수 있어 지속 방출형 아나스트로졸 함유 의약품 제조에 효과적이다.
