A device for enhancing and/or maintaining a penile erection and optionally providing foreskin retraction or restraint during sexual activity. The device comprises a first stretchable band forming a ring sized to restrict blood flow in the penis and a second stretchable band with ends attached to opposite sides of the ring such that it forms a loop sized to fit around a user s waist. In use the loop is placed around a user s waist with the ring at the user s back and then the ring is pulled forward between the user s legs and stretched over the base of the penis. The loop may also include one or more sizing bands such that the size of the loop may be adjusted by cutting one or more of the sizing bands.
