The present invention discloses a dental flattening drill. According to the present invention, the dental flattening drill includes a drill lance equipped with a drill blade configured to drill, by a predetermined length, an implantation location of alveolar bone in which a fixture is to be implanted and to thereby form an implantation dent； and a drill housing which the drill lance is attachable to or detachable from, and equipped with a process drill flattening the neighboring area of the alveolar bone around the implantation dent.
