The valve containing the frame of the body, forming a mainly tubular shape, limiting the clearance of the frame of the body; the frame of the valves, having a mainly annular shape, forming many U-shaped sections, each of which forms the base and many stops, and the frame of the valves is located coaxially with and at least substantially within the lumen of the chassis frame; a first film attached to the chassis frame; and a second film attached to and overlapping each U-shaped portion, forming a sash, each sash having a free edge of the sash, at least one of the first film and the second film at least partially attaches the frame to the frame of the sashes, the free edges of the sashes made with the ability to adjoin the free edges of adjacent flaps and move between open and closed position. The valve of claim 1, wherein the body frame is stiffer than the casement frame. 3. The valve of claim 1, wherein the first film and the second film are located between the body frame and the leaf frame. The valve of claim 1, wherein at least one of the first film and the second film comprises a multilayer material having more than two layers of a fluoropolymer. The valve of claim 4, wherein at least one of the first film and the second film comprises a multilayer material having more than two layers of a fluoropolymer. The valve of claim 5, wherein the fluoropolymer layer comprises a foamed fluoropolymer. The valve of claim 6, wherein the foamed fluoropolymer is impregnated with an elastomer. The valve of claim 7, wherein the elastomer comprises perfluoromethyl vinyl ether and tetrafluoroethylene. The valve of claim 6, wherein the foamed fluoropolymer comprises porous PTFE.
