To provide a medicine dispenser that can detect a situation causing excess or shortage in the amount of powder in a package.SOLUTION: The medicine dispenser includes: a medicine feeder for discharging powder； a medicine distribution plate 35 that rotates by motive power； a scraper 37 for scraping powder that is put in the distribution plate 35； and a medicine packaging device 53. With powder supplied from the medicine feeder to the distribution plate 35, the powder on the distribution plate 35 is scraped out by the dose with the scraper 37, put in the medicine packaging device 53, and packaged for each dose. It is possible to watch the discharged amount of the powder from the medicine feeder and to discharge a target amount of the powder from the medicine feeder.
