FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to hernioplasty. Mesh endoprosthesis with width equal two sizes of inguinal space is applied. Cut and hole for spermatic cord on mesh endoprosthesis is formed indenting from lower edge of mesh by 1/2 size of inguinal space. Transverse fascia is dissected more medially than Pouparts ligament on 4 cm in L-shaped way with respect to internal ring of inguinal canal. Leaves of transverse fascia are separated from pre-peritoneal cellular tissue. Prepared in size polypropylene mesh is fixed in its middle to upper leaf of transverse fascia along entire length with interrupted sutures. Spermatic cord is wrapped into lower leaf of transverse fascia. Lower leaf of transverse fascia is fixed to Pouparts ligament at the distance 0.5-1 cm from its free edge with interrupted sutures. Lower edge of mesh is brought under wrapped in fascia spermatic cord and fixed to Pouparts ligament with interrupted sutures, threads being passed from inside outside with capture of remaining after spermatic cord covering free edge of transverse fascia, fixation of aponeurosis of external oblique abdominal muscle to Pouparts ligament is performed with interrupted sutures before spermatic cord.EFFECT: claimed is method of nonstrain plasty in case of inguinal hernia.2 ex, 4 dwgИзобретение относится к медицине, а именно к герниопластике. Применяют сетчатый эндопротез, ширина которого равна двум размерам пахового промежутка. Разрез и отверстие для семенного канатика на сетчатом эндопротезе формируют, отступив от нижнего края сетки на 1/2 размера пахового промежутка. Рассекают поперечную фасцию медиальнее пупартовой связки на 4 см Г-образно по отношению к внутреннему кольцу пахового канала. Листки поперечной фасции отсепаровывают от предбрюшинной клетчатки.
