The present invention relates to a method of cosmetic treatment of the hair, comprising consecutively: - a step (i) of applying to said hair, a washing-up cosmetic composition, comprising anionic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants and polymers amphoteric； and - a step (ii) of applying to said hair, a cosmetic hair care composition comprising anti-hair loss agents and anionic polysaccharides.
