The hot water generation device using waste heat from a cold air dryer includes: a drying chamber which stores a drying target, receives air, and discharges the air; a compressor compressing a refrigerant in the form of low-temperature and low-pressure air to be in the form of high-temperature and high-pressure air; a condenser for condensing the refrigerant supplied from the compressor; an expansion valve reducing the pressure of the refrigerant supplied from the condenser; a dehumidifying coil which is installed in the dryer and exchanges heat between the refrigerant supplied from the expansion valve with air in the drying chamber to evaporate the refrigerant; a heating coil which is installed in the drying chamber and exchanges heat between the refrigerant supplied from the compressor and air in the drying chamber to heat the refrigerant; a multi-stage heat exchanger which receives the refrigerant bypassing the condenser from the compressor and supplies the refrigerant to the expansion valve; and a hot water tank which heats and stores the hot water, circulated and supplied through a hot water circulation line of the multi-stage heat exchanger by pumping pressure from a hot water pump, by using the heat exchange operation with the refrigerant and supplying the hot water on the inside to a consumption end through a water supply line for use. According to the present invention, the hot water generation device has a simple structure, enhances drying efficiency, and provides a drying function and hot water providing function, thereby also serving as an instant hot water supplier.
