PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood sugar meter, when a user checks a blood sugar level, allowing the user to seamlessly browse past blood sugar levels and an average value, and compatibly provided with a high function and simplicity.SOLUTION: A blood sugar meter 101 includes three operation buttons 104 of an upper button 105, a middle button 106, and a lower button 107. In a content mode when a user refers to blood sugar levels recorded in a blood sugar level table, a memory content is displayed by depressing the lower button 107. Thereafter, when the lower button 107 is continuously depressed, a display reaches a starting-end record of the blood sugar level table. Further, when the upper button 105 is depressed, the blood sugar meter displays an average value of the blood sugar levels in the morning stored in the blood sugar level table for a latest month. The blood sugar level display function and the average value display function can be thus seamlessly switched by just moving the reference record.
