PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical microscope capable of illuminating a part which has a surgical operation from different angles, at necessary time, with a compact structure.SOLUTION: A surgical microscope comprises: auxiliary illumination means 16 capable of illuminating auxiliary illumination light L2 at an angle b different from an angle of main illumination light L1 to a part E which has a surgical operation on a main optical axis Z, therefore the part E which has a surgical operation can be illuminated by the auxiliary illumination light L2 at the angle different from that of the main illumination light L1 at necessary time, so that a three-dimensional state of the part E which has a surgical operation can be more correctly grasped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】コンパクトな構造で必要時に術部を異なる角度から照明することができる手術顕微鏡を提供する。【解決手段】主光軸上Zの術部Eに対して主照明光L1とは異なる角度bで補助照明光L2を照射自在な補助照明手段16が設けられているため、必要時に主照明光L1とは異なる角度bで補助照明光L2により術部Eを照明することができ、術部Eの立体的状態をより正確に把握することができる。【選択図】図3
