The present invention relates to a pouch packing apparatus to input non-dried noodles in a pouch bag and pack the pouch bag, and more specifically, to a pouch packing apparatus which fills a pouch bag with nitrogen while packing non-dried noodles into the pouch bag. The pouch packing apparatus for non-dried noodles comprises: a cam member which is fixed with wide two sides thereof facing upwards and downwards； a bag clip part which grips both sides of a pouch bag while rotating along lateral sides of the cam member and has a front end portion gripping the pouch bag, wherein a gap in the front end portion is automatically adjusted according to the shapes of the lateral sides of the cam member； a clip part driving means which rotates the bag clip part； and a nitrogen filling part which fills the pouch bag, into which the non-dried noodles has been inputted, with nitrogen and rotates back and forth in a nitrogen filling section.본 발명은 생면을 파우치 백에 투입하여 포장하기 위한 생면 파우치 포장기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 생면을 파우치 백에 포장하면서 질소를 충진하도록 이루어진 생면 파우치 포장기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명 생면 파우치 포장기는, 넓 두 면이 상하 방향으로 위치되게 고정되는 캠부재； 캠부재의 측면을 따라 회전하면서 파우치 백의 양쪽을 잡아주고, 캠부재의 측면 형상에 따라 파우치 백을 잡아주는 선단부 간격이 자동 조정되는 백 클립부； 백 클립부를 회전시키는 클립부 구동수단； 및 생면이 투입된 파우치 백에 질소를 충진하며, 질소충진 구간에서 왕복 회전하는 질소충진부；를 포함한다.
