Thetransdermal delivery system comprises an ethoxylated oil or fatty acid, fattyalcohol or fatty aminehaving 10-19 ethoxylations per molecule. Through the methods and systemsdisclosed herein, onecan transdermally deliver high molecular weight pharmaceuticals and cosmeticagents to skin cells, aheretofore technically challenging task.
