PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information utilization device for using a planar object such as a multifunctional information terminal in a sealed state so as not to contaminate the inside of an operating room or the like by germs stuck thereto.SOLUTION: The information utilization device includes: a body 210 which is a bag having a body opening for inserting a multifunctional information terminal 30, and in which a main surface corresponding part equivalent to the position of a screen when the multifunctional information terminal 30 is housed is transparent, and a fastener 213 for tightly closing the body opening is provided near the body opening and a terminal introducing member 220 which is a paper member formed into a flat cylindrical shape opened at both ends, and in which a cylinder length is longer than the length of the body and collar parts 223 folded to the outer side are provided on both edges of an external opening 221a.
