PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for producing a composite stretchable sheet, in each of which the composite stretchable sheet, that exhibits excellent external appearance in a loose state since exudation of an adhesive is prevented effectively and a position of an elastic member is stabilized and that has wrinkles of excellent skin texture, can be produced efficiently.SOLUTION: The method for producing the composite stretchable sheet 10 comprises the steps of: holding/fixing the elastic member 13 of a stretched state between base material sheets 11, 12 to produce a composite sheet material 40 and supplying the composite sheet material to the space between a pair of tooth groove rolls 31, 32 to be engaged with each other to produce the composite stretchable sheet 10 having elasticity. One 32 of the tooth groove rolls 31, 32 has a plurality of stripe grooves 35 to be extended to the entire peripheral direction along the axial direction. The composite sheet material 40 is supplied to the space between the pair of tooth groove rolls 31, 32 while hanging the composite sheet material 40 on the tooth groove roll 32 of a heated state so that the elastic member 13 of the composite sheet material 40 is made to pass through the stripe grooves 35 of the tooth groove roll 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】接着剤の滲出が効果的に防止されると共に、弾性部材の位置が安定化するので、弛緩状態において良好な外観を呈し、かつ良好な肌触りの皺を有する複合伸縮シートを効率的に製造できる製造方法及び製造装置を提供すること。【解決手段】複合伸縮シート10の製造方法は、弾性部材13を伸長状態下に基材シート11,12間に挟持固定して複合シート材40を製造し、互いに噛み合う一対の歯溝ロール31,32間に供給して伸縮性を有する複合伸縮シート10を製造する。歯溝ロール31,32の一方の歯溝ロール32は、周方向全域に延びる周方向条溝35を軸方向に沿って複数条有するものを用いる。複合シート材40における弾性部材13が、歯溝ロール32の周方向条溝35内を通過するように、複合シート材40を、加熱した状態の歯溝ロール32に抱きかけながら一対の歯溝ロール31,32間に供給する。【選択図】図6
