PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish aggregating device which enhances fish aggregating effect by simultaneously controlling sound or vibration and light while avoiding a mechanical structure.SOLUTION: The fish aggregating device includes: a power source housing part for housing dry cells and a body storage part for screw-coupling with the power source housing part through a shield ring. At least the body storage part is of a transparent resin structure, with a circuit body stored in the body storage part. In the circuit body, there are loaded at least one LED element, a speaker and a controller.
