PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener opening/closing device capable of improving workability during opening/closing of a fastener while reducing a burden on a worker.SOLUTION: A fastener opening/closing device 30 includes a support member 31 with rigidity, which is fixed along a longitudinal direction to one of a pair of tapes 21a and 21b of a fastener 20, and a string member 32 that is endlessly stretched across the vicinities of both ends of the support member 31.
