The biocomposite powder according to claim 1, wherein the particle size of the composite powder is in the range from 30 to 400 microns. The biocomposite powder according to claim 1, wherein the apparent bulk density of the biocomposite powder is from 0.5 to 1.0 g / cm. The biocomposite powder according to claim 1, wherein the particle size distribution of the biocomposite powder is such that 90% of the particles are smaller than 355 μm, 50% are smaller than 250 μm, and less than 10% are smaller than 90 μm.
