PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip deflection movable catheter where the enlargement of a distal end is avoided and also a wire constituting blade layers is not exposed to a front surface.SOLUTION: A tip deflection movable catheter includes: a catheter tube where blade layers 26 surrounding a main lumen 21 and wire lumens 28a, 29a from an outer peripheral side are embedded, whose tube distal end 20a being a distal end is inserted to a body, and whose tube proximal end being a proximal end is arranged outside the body a pull ring 32 arranged by covering in a pull ring arrangement part having blade disconnection parts where the blade layers are interrupted operation wires 30, 31 that are put through the wire lumens and whose one ends are connected to the pull ring at the blade disconnection parts a cover ring 33 arranged by covering in a cover ring arrangement part 20ab where the blade layers are continuously arranged in a circumferential direction a tip 34 connecting the pull ring and the cover ring to the tube distal end and an operation part that is arranged at the tube proximal end and to which the other ends of the operation wires are connected.
