The present invention relates to a fastening assembly for a medical device and to a respective medical device, wherein the fastening assembly comprises a support structure (12) and a device component (14 34) releasably fastenable to the support structure (12) by means of mutually corresponding fastening members (16, 22 36) being adapted to abrogate an interconnection of the device component (14 34) and the support structure (12) when becoming subject to a force effect or a mechanical impact above a predefined threshold.La présente invention porte sur un ensemble de fixation pour un dispositif médical et sur un dispositif médical respectif, lequel ensemble de fixation comprend une structure de support (12) et un composant de dispositif (14 34) pouvant être fixé de façon libérable à la structure de support (12) à laide déléments de fixation mutuellement correspondants (16, 22 36), qui sont aptes à supprimer une interconnexion du composant de dispositif (14 34) et de la structure de support (14) quand ils se trouvent soumis à un effet de force ou à un impact mécanique supérieur à un seuil prédéfini.
