The present invention relates to the crystalline form and amorphous of the dezosin analog hydrochloride, and specifically to the crystalline form of the compound represented by the formula (I) and the amorphous of the compound represented by the formula (II). The crystalline X-ray powder diffraction spectrum contains characteristic peaks having 2θ values of 13.07 ° ± 0.2 °, 16.84 ° ± 0.2 ° and 18.51 ° ± 0.2 °.
